Staff Work is a hiring company responsible to recruit and training for Cruise Ships, Hospitality and Au Pair.

We recruit only the best profiles equally highly qualified and between 18 to 35 years old, acting with a pioneer approach of representing not only Cruise and Hospitality Clients but also acting as a representative of all applicants we forward to our end client.
Our localization is yet other great advantage. We are situated in São Paulo city, the biggest city of Brazil and South America with more than 10 million inhabitants. Both international airports are not far way with a very good public transport connection hub increasing the opportunity to acquire applicants from different parts of the country.
Staff Work support to the applicants does not end after the selective process. Our job is to elucidate, clarify any doubts, explaining and giving useful tips about life and work aboard a ship, accompanying the applicant through boarding time. Staff Work will continue the support of all on board applicants by helping with career development and psychological assistance if and when needed.
It is also within Staff Work responsibility to solve all the doubts which may derive from our Cruise and Hospitality Industry Clients being smoothly, efficient and ensuring that all corporate standards are fulfilled, making dreams come true, delivering on our commitments and exceeding in your expectations.
